basic terms

etiquette ; please be on time and avoid being late as that time will be taken out of your time slot. i cannot accommodate to your needs if you are late. if something urgent does comes up please let me know as soon as possible i will try my best to accommodate, but no guaranteed.!! you will be charged a $30 fee if you are more than 15 minutes late !!

payment

deposit ; there will be a nonrefundable $30 deposit to confirm your slot. the deposit will be deducted from your final photoshoot price. deposits can be made the day your booking is confirmed up to a week before the shoot. full payments will be made before the start of the shoot.

shoots

please reach out to me after completing your form so i can go over and confirm everything. we can then discuss where we are meeting up.location shoot ; we can explore around but not too far as i need to consider the time i need to get back to the con for other bookings.
convention shoot ; we can move around to as many different spaces in the con as we can and to your liking.

before shooting

things to keep in mind ;
𖦹 please do not touch my equipment or avoid doing so.
𖦹 props are allowed and encouraged
𖦹 drinking or using substances during shoots is prohibited.
𖦹 smoking is allowed during shoots (vapes, e - cigarettes, cigarettes only) but only in areas that allow it. please always be aware of your surrounding and of other people when doing so or i will have to pause the shoot.

editing

before posting ; please do not post raws before asking. editing and colorgrading is key to my work. i will always ask my clients if they want any changes to the edits ive already made. you have the right to edit on top of my edits to your liking. However if your additional edits alter the coloring or overlaps majority of my editing please credit me in the comments instead of collab. additional edits will cost extra.

solos will get back up to 8 edits
duos will get back up to 10 edits

extra

accomodating to your needs ;
𖦹 feel free to bring a friend to accompany you or to assist a shoot. an extra pair of hands would be helpful !
𖦹 i will always ask if it's okay to adjust your wig, costume, etc. please always let me know if you're uncomfortable with anything.
𖦹 let me know if there are any poses you are uncomfortable with doing we can always change them.
𖦹 let me know in advance if you are comfortable with me posting bts videos of our shoot
𖦹 a premade pinterest board is recommended if you want specific poses or aesthetic for the shoot.
